Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026. These terms govern your use of MyClipbox™ during the beta period.
1. Beta Program
MyClipbox is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we iterate based on user feedback. By joining the beta, you agree to participate in a testing program where the product is still evolving.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Family features are designed for household use under the supervision of an adult account holder.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during signup. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MyClipbox for its intended purpose: organizing receipts, clipping coupons, and managing shopping lists for your family. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or abuse.
5. Receipt Data
When you upload receipts, we process them to extract item and pricing information for your shopping lists and coupon matching. This data belongs to you. You can delete it at any time. We do not share individual receipt data with third parties.
6. Your Inbox
MyClipbox provides you with a dedicated inbox number to receive messages from businesses you subscribe to, such as text clubs and deal alerts. This number is separate from your personal phone number. Messages received are organized on your device. You may unsubscribe from any business at any time, and all inbox data is permanently deleted if you close your account.
7. Merchant Beta Program
Merchants participating in the beta program agree to provide legitimate local deals and offers. Merchant beta participants may receive preferred pricing at launch. We reserve the right to approve or deny merchant applications at our discretion.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is fundamental to MyClipbox. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. In short: we collect minimal data, we don't sell it, and you're always in control.
9. Limitation of Liability
MyClipbox is provided as-is during the beta period. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of coupon matching, or completeness of receipt processing. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of MyClipbox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
